Hardscape materials have come a long way in terms of durability, but they still require routine maintenance to keep them looking their best. Over time, dirt, grime, algae, moss, and stains can accumulate, leading to wear and tear. Left untreated, this can cause erosion and result in costly repairs. Our restoration services can be applied to pavers, stone & concrete flatwork, retaining walls, steps, pool decks, and driveways.
Our Process
CLEANING
We start by removing any old sealant or residue using a stripping agent (if necessary).
Then, we apply a Hardscape Cleaner/Paver Primer that:

Removes dirt, stains, efflorescence, and oxidation

Opens concrete pores to prepare for the new sealer application

JOINT RE-SANDING
If you’re noticing weeds, moss, or insects in the joints, it’s time to re-sand:

Pressure washing removes old joint sand and debris from the surface.

We sweep in high-performance Polymeric Joint-Sand and compact it with a vibratory plate compactor.

Afterward, we activate the polymers in the sand by moistening it with water, solidifying the joints for long-term stability.

SEALING
We apply a semi-gloss, water-based sealer in the finish of your choice (natural, wet, or clear look):

Water-resistant finish protects from staining, dirt, and wear.

Seals joints, protecting them from erosion and aggregate depletion.

REPAIRS
Over time, installations can shift or sink due to factors like poor drainage, tire traffic, or edge restraint failure.
