SERVICE VISIT DETAILS

SPRING VISIT - $110

(up to 8 zones, $10/add'l zone)

INCLUDES:

Turning water on and checking plumbing
Inspecting backflow preventer and activating the controller
Cleaning and adjusting rain sensor
Operating and evaluating the irrigation system
Inspecting heads and drip tubing for efficient watering

REPAIR CALL - $110

(includes 1hr of service)

INCLUDES:

Troubleshooting and evaluating your irrigation system
Addressing any needed repairs
Additional time billed at $95 per hour (in 15-minute increments) + parts

MID-SEASON VISIT

$110

INCLUDES:

Checking controller and valves for proper operation
Resetting the controller for seasonal watering needs
Inspecting heads for dry/wet spots in your landscape

FALL VISIT - $110

(up to 8 zones, $10/add'l zone)

INCLUDES:

Turning water off and draining inside pipes and backflow preventer
Deactivating the controller
Pumping compressed air through lines to remove water and protect the system from winter damage

SCHEDULE SERVICE

Billing Notes: All service visits include a minimum 1-hour charge. After the first hour, additional time is billed at $95 per hour in 30-minute increments. All replacement parts are commercial quality and will meet or exceed the original specifications.
